2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from HALO. If you are ordering on behalf of a loved one, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you shipping confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in your local currency at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal or cryptocurrency. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including shipping and taxes. PayPal accepts the major credit and debit cards shown at checkout; crypto payments are sent to our published wallet addresses.

All content on halo.care — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the HALO name and branding — is the property of HALO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape content. You also agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HALO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact our care team at care@halo.care so we can resolve the matter with compassion and care. Most issues can be resolved directly this way.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association rather than proceeding in court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of your first order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Legal claims relating to your use of the site or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
